Server Facility:

Our servers are located in a Class ”A” data facility in Austin, Texas, and provide the highest level of security available for our clients. Access to our servers is secured redundantly, using a key lock, a key card and biometric hand scanning. We employ state-of-the art monitoring techniques and the hardware and software industry’s top providers to make sure your data is secure.

Our systems are monitored 24/7/365, backed up daily and continuously maintained and updated.

To ensure we have power in every situation, the Data Center is connected to two separate city power sources, multiple UPS units and on-site diesel generators. If city-provided power is lost, the generators automatically start and provide power, ensuring our servers never power down.

To keep your Website connected, our Data Center has multiple connections to the Internet Backbone via multiple bandwidth providers. Connections are made using redundant Cisco routers resulting in no single point of failure.

The server facility has several HVAC units to provide cooling, heating, humidification and dehumidification. A facility wide smoke sniffer monitors the air for smoke particles and alerts before a fire reaches its flash point.

Technical Infrastructure:

From the firewall to the applications, we use the latest hardware and software from the industry's top technology providers.

We use Microsoft’s Windows Server 2003 operating system and Microsoft SQL database software for our servers. The support, security and reliability of these Microsoft products maximize the up-time of our servers.

We exclusively use Dell rack-mount servers to ensure your mail and Websites are powered by hardware designed for performance, reliability, and scalability.
