Jon Massengale
Jon brings over two decades of experience in the technology arena. Jon was the founder and CEO of AES Technology in Austin, Texas. At AES Technology, he grew the company to more than seven million dollars in annual revenue and managed over 35 employees. AES provided personal computers and network services in the B2B market to small and medium companies, as well as the government market. In addition, Jon brings his experience from the commercial banking world to Upstream, enhancing our ability to help clients with their merchant and e-commerce needs.

Todd Olsen
Todd has extensive experience writing and producing winning political communication tools, as well as consulting political candidates, public policy campaigns and non-profit coalitions. Prior to forming Upstream Communications, he managed political and public policy campaigns and served as Executive Vice President of Karl Rove + Company. The firm earned a national reputation for creating winning political strategies that have helped elect U.S. Senators, governors, legislative leaders and reform-minded judicial candidates. Todd received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas.

Rod Richburg
Rod has over 20 years advertising design experience and has worked for such clients as Bush for President, the 2001 Presidential Inaugral Committee, Dell Computer Corporation, Texas State History Museum Foundation and The Laura Bush Foundation for America's Libraries. Rod led the design and production of 32 million pieces of fundraising mail and 42 million pieces of voter contact mail for the Bush for President campaign, and 635,000 invitations, 76,000 secure credentials, and 168,000 secure tickets for the 2001 Presidential Inaugration.

Kevin Shuvalov
Kevin brings more than a decade of experience offering strategic direct mail consulting to Republican candidates and causes. Prior to his partnership in Olsen & Shuvalov, he worked for Rove + Company. Kevin moved from Rove & Company to the Bush for President campaign in 2000, and then served as a Regonal Political Director for Republican National Committee helping the Republican Party win historic mid-term victories. Shuvalov also led the Iowa and Midwest 2004 RNC teams.

Bob Thomas founded Thomas Graphics in 1982. He has made Thomas Graphics an $11 million business, annually recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Austin. Located in their own 28,000 square foot facility, Thomas Graphics boasts ten state-of-the-art presses (including digitial pre-press), and a staff of 62. The company provides graphics services and printing from one color business cards for small businesses to six color annual reports for multinational corporations.
